‧ Supporting maintenance of all mortgage data feeds supplied by CIG in support of Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) and Mortgage Whole Loan valuation and hedging
‧ Develop and automate control reports supporting the Whole Loan and MSR analytics
‧ Guide development of databases to support mortgage credit modeling and reporting
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in SQL development under various platforms (Teradata, Oracle, MS Access, MS FoxPro)
* Strong knowledge of product attributes of all mortgage types originated or acquired by the Bank
* Extreme attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity
Desired Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of 2-5 years experience in the Mortgage Industry
* B.S. in Finance, Business Systems or related disciplines
* Experience with the various internal mortgage data warehouses and systems
